Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud brings constituent relationships, fundraising, programs and outcome management into one CRM. Salesforce now also calls it Agentforce Nonprofit.
We start with your operating priorities: a reliable donor record, a usable gift process, a coordinated program workflow or clearer reporting. Features, editions and additional products are selected against that scope.

Configure available nonprofit agents for defined tasks, such as staff participant summaries, benefit records, goals and referrals, or donor recurring-gift requests. Agent access and setup depend on the selected subscription and use case.
Start with the core setup, connect your fundraising channels, or build a tailored platform. Each larger package builds on the previous tier. Basic Setup configures standard Nonprofit Cloud capabilities, including stakeholder management, fundraising, programs and outcomes for the agreed priorities, without external integrations or custom development. Connected Fundraising adds exactly two integrations, including one payment system.

| Choose your starting point | Basic SetupFor organizations starting with standard Nonprofit Cloud functionality. | Connected FundraisingFor organizations that need standard configuration plus two integrations, including one payment system. | Full CustomizationFor organizations whose requirements extend beyond standard configuration and the two-integration package. |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core setup | Configure standard stakeholder, fundraising, program, case and outcome capabilities selected during discovery. The package does not imply every feature is implemented at launch. | Build on the standard setup with the process adjustments required for the two agreed integrations. | Tailored configuration and development for the requirements agreed during discovery; standard product capabilities are not exclusive to this tier. |
| Data migration | Assess source data and agree records, mapping, cleanup responsibilities and import validation before committing to migration scope. | Agree source records, cross-system identifiers, data mapping and migration validation during discovery. | Assess legacy systems, transformations and migration stages, then agree validation and cutover requirements. |
| System integrations | No external system integrations; use out-of-the-box functionality. | Exactly two external integrations: one payment system and a second system selected during discovery. Confirm records, direction, frequency and supported events for each. | Define the systems, interfaces and data flows needed for the agreed solution. |
| Workflows & reporting | Configure standard processes and reporting for the agreed priorities. | Agree how payment records, fundraising processes and reporting should work together. Supported events and reconciliation depend on the selected systems. | Design custom processes, reporting or external user experiences where required. A portal or AI agent is included only when explicitly agreed. |
| Launch & handover | Agree user acceptance checks, training, handover and launch requirements during discovery. | Test both integrations and agree monitoring, operational ownership, training and launch requirements. | Agree delivery phases, acceptance criteria, operational handover and support responsibilities. |

Connect your CRM, payment providers, finance systems and program operations through a maintainable architecture. Full Customization brings together the data, integrations, access controls and digital services selected for your organization. Systems and technologies below are examples: API support, licensing and scope are confirmed during discovery.
Reduce manual gift entry and mismatched payment totals. Connect donation, refund and payout events to Salesforce through APIs or middleware, with reconciliation, failure alerts and recovery procedures.
Resolve duplicate constituent records and inconsistent reporting. Define shared data models, matching rules and role-based access across fundraising and programs, while finance retains ownership of accounting records.
Replace disconnected intake forms and service spreadsheets with connected workflows. Configure eligibility, referrals, approvals and service tracking, then report on funding, delivery and agreed outcome indicators.
Reduce routine requests and give donors and participants a clearer way to engage. Build secure self-service portals and tailored staff applications, with optional Agentforce support for approved tasks.
Yes. Salesforce currently uses Agentforce Nonprofit for the offering previously called Nonprofit Cloud. The product naming does not mean every implementation needs an AI assistant. We confirm the products and licenses required for your use cases.
NPSP is a managed package with a different data model. Nonprofit Cloud uses Person Accounts for individual constituents and a dedicated fundraising model. We assess existing records, automations, reports and integrations before planning a move. Staying on NPSP may be appropriate when it already meets your needs.
Basic Setup has no external integrations. Connected Fundraising includes exactly two: one payment system and a second system selected during discovery. Full Customization is scoped around the required systems and processes. We confirm records, direction, frequency, supported events and acceptance checks before delivery.
Connected Fundraising includes one payment-system integration within its two-integration allowance. Multiple payment providers require a revised scope. Stripe, PayPal and direct-debit providers are examples to assess, not a claim of built-in connectors. We validate regional availability, APIs and recurring-payment, refund and settlement events. Unsupported features need an alternative workflow or separately agreed development.
Nonprofit Cloud records fundraising activity; the selected processor handles payment collection. We design the connection and reconciliation workflow around your finance system of record. Processor fees, payouts and ledger entries must be mapped and checked rather than assumed to match automatically.
Migration scope is agreed after reviewing source records, relationships, history and data quality. No fixed record volume, source count or history depth is implied by the package name. NPSP migration needs assessment of its different data model and existing customizations. We agree volumes, cleanup responsibility, history depth, field mapping and reconciliation before importing. Raw card data is not migrated into CRM; any token transfer depends on the processors.
We provide a scoped estimate after reviewing your data, payment providers, workflows, licensing and team readiness. Package names describe delivery scope rather than fixed prices or guaranteed dates. The proposal separates implementation, licenses, third-party costs and ongoing support.
Your users test the agreed workflows, migration checks reconcile the selected records and gift totals, and integrations pass supported event and recovery checks. Launch follows customer acceptance, documented ownership and an agreed cutover plan.
Nonprofit Cloud manages giving relationships and fundraising records. Marketing Cloud can use selected data to support personalized stewardship and broader fundraising journeys. We define the audience, consent rules, content and response tracking for each use case, and select the appropriate Marketing Cloud product and edition.
Salesforce documents Participant Management actions for staff to record benefits, update goals, create referrals, prepare notes, create tasks and summarize participant records. The Donor Support Agent handles requests to pause, resume, close or change the amount of existing recurring gift commitments through an Experience Cloud site. These are configured agents with their own access and setup requirements. An applicant-facing enrollment assistant is a separate use case to assess; it is not the documented purpose of the staff Participant Management Agent.
No. We assess Data 360 when your use case needs data harmonization, identity resolution or supported activation across multiple sources. A straightforward CRM setup or payment integration may be served by existing Salesforce capabilities and direct application integration. Product and consumption costs are evaluated against the agreed requirements.
