Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for Salesforce services: discovery → proposal → negotiation → signing (SOW/MSA)
Contacting potential clients to establish strong relationships and arrange meetings
Run structured discovery calls/workshops to understand business processes, pain points, success metrics, stakeholders, timeline, and budget range, define next steps
Cadence discipline: consistently follows a structured outreach cadence (calls, emails, messages), with timely follow-ups and clear next steps
Prepare and manage proposals, SOWs, and MSAs
Manage and grow existing accounts: run regular client business reviews, identify new needs, and drive upsell/cross-sell
Improve the sales process: pitch, case studies, proposals, demo scripts.
Attend industry conferences and business events to build relationships and generate new opportunities; meet clients in person for key discussions and relationship management
Collaborate closely with lead generation/marketing teams, developers team; provide feedback on messaging and outbound targeting

Required
4+ years B2B sales experience in IT services
English language level C1/ Fluent
Strong understanding B2B sales
Ability to design and run a sales process: qualification, manage sales pipeline, forecasting
Strong discovery skills: can uncover pain points, quantify impact, and build a business case. Ability to distinguish between RFI and RFP and respond accordingly
Strong negotiation skills: pricing, scope, timelines, terms
Comfortable handling objections and rejections
Strong experience creating and presenting commercial proposals
Good understanding of sales qualification frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, MEDDICC, and similar approaches
Grow existing accounts: runs regular client reviews, identifies upsell/cross-sell opportunities, regular follow-ups
Conducting business correspondence and calls with clients
Strong desire for self-education, learning and training
