Our team consists of professionals with unique knowledge and experience in cloud solutions. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team. We are launching a strategically important B2C Salesforce project and are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in consumer-facing, high-volume environments. This is not a standard CRM customization role. We need someone who understands scalable architecture, large datasets, and performance under load.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement scalable solutions on Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (Demandware)
Build and extend storefront capabilities (e.g., SFRA, cartridges, controllers, ISML, hooks)
Deliver robust checkout and account experiences; optimize for performance and conversion
Implement and support integrations with payments, tax, shipping, OMS/ERP, PIM, CRM, and marketing systems (via OCAPI/SCAPI, services framework, webhooks/REST)
Work with large datasets (catalog, pricing, promotions, customers, orders) and optimize imports/exports (jobs, feeds, IMPEX)
Ensure performance, reliability, and security (caching strategy, peak traffic readiness, PCI/PII considerations)
Participate in architectural and technical decisions; drive best practices and code quality

What We Expect
3+ years hands-on development in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud
Proven experience on B2C eCommerce projects (retail, subscription, D2C brands, marketplaces)
Strong expertise in:
SFRA, cartridges, ISML, controllers, jobs
JavaScript (server-side) on SFCC, integrations, data feeds
OCAPI / SCAPI, services framework, troubleshooting and monitoring
Performance optimization (caching, personalization impact, search/navigation performance)
Security and compliance basics for eCommerce (PII, OWASP, payment flows)
CI/CD experience (Git-based workflows; SFCC deployment automation via pipelines/CLI and similar tooling)
English B2+
