We are looking for an open-minded person in our young team for the position of Content Manager. This position is for you if you know how to write compelling texts, grab the audience's attention, and develop effective promotional strategies.
Responsibilities
You are into content strategy and tactics
Participate in the development and implementation of the content plan. Supervise the achievement of key metrics
Find interesting trends for our specifics
Involve employees in the preparation of content
Collect monthly statistics and analyze results
Developing mood boards. Draw up detailed TOR for the designer with ideas and references
We advocate a systematic approach - you know the algorithms of Google and social networks, mainly LinkedIn
Supervise outbound content
Communicate with users and respond to comments and questions on the digital platforms of the company's presence
Interact with other departments within the company
Required skills
Experience in IT company and working with technical texts for 2 years
Successful relevant experience and availability of cases
Have a high level of English B2-C1 skills, literacy, and vocabulary
Know the principles of copywriting and rewriting
Sincere interest in information technology
Creativity and proactivity (we are for non-standard approaches and for fast processes)
Proficiency in the basics of internal search engine optimization (including recommendations for the use of keywords, phrases, and links)
Accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced communication skills
